Housing vouchers and other rental assistance count toward income, though approval is not guaranteed. Credit of 650 or higher is required, regardless of source of income. Each adult is screened for credit, criminal and eviction history, and prior landlord verification. Criminal history is reviewed case by case, considering the type and severity of any conviction and how long ago it occurred. Arrests without a conviction are not considered. Registered sex offenders are declined. PROPERTY RULES Non-smoking property, including marijuana, vaping and all tobacco. No subletting, no renting rooms out, and no AirBnB or similar short term use.
